250xpt Series Thermal Storefront (2 1/2” Face Dimension)
ARCHITECTURAL GRADE Curtain Wall System Manko’s 250xpt series curtain wall system is designed for superior thermal performance and is available in a 2” face dimension. Within the 250xpt series are options for glazing from 1/4” to 1 3/4" all while using the same back member extrusion (250xpt-1: 1/4” single pane, 250xpt-2: 1” dual pane, and 250xpt-3: 1 3/4” triple pane). Multiple backmember depths and face cap depths are available to help attain the desired structural and aesthetic requirements along with optional corner mullions, expansion mullions, and structural silicone glazed mullions. Through screw spline, or shear block construction, 250xpt systems can accommodate a variety of design applications including (but not limited to) low-mid rise exterior framing, punched openings, entrance framing, sidelites, and ribbon windows. The system can also be used in conjunction with entrance doors, operable vents, blind panels, and sunshades to create an integrated system. Refer to the design manual or contact Manko personnel for project specific sizing considerations. Curtain wall systems are part of a lineal program designed for installers to fabricate their own openings to reduce lead times and meet construction schedules. This system is dry glazed, zone weeped, and available in a wide variety of anodized and AAMA 2605 painted finishes. The 250xpt is tested to ASTM E 283, E 547, AAMA 1503 standards, and certified for NFRC 100, 200, 400, and 500 performance.Specifications
